Purses by Design is a partnership of Pamela Day and Roseanne Lauters.  We love designing and creating purses.  The best part of designing and creating is to pass this information along to others.  Teaching has become the inspiration to create even more.

We try to foster that community feeling in each group that we teach.  The best part of sewing is the exchange of information among all the participants.  During each lecture or workshop there are demonstrations, handouts loaded with great information  and hands on practice for those who want to try something new.  It is our goal that each student complete their purse during the class.  Happily, we are at a  95% completion rate to date.  With all the information given and shown, each student can further their purse making skills with any pattern they may choose in the future.

Traveling is one of our favorite things.  We will travel to, conferences, groups, guilds, ASG chapters and shops.  Each group that we have worked with has left us with more information to share and ways for us to improve your experience with us.
